All Cleora jewellery is covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and the enduring brilliance of our stones.

What's Covered

Our warranty is against manufacturing issues and covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Loose or missing stones (not caused by accidental damage or neglect)

  • Broken clasps or closures

  • Structural issues not related to normal wear and tear

What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover issues resulting from external causes, including:

  • General wear and tear, such as scratches, dents, or tarnishing

  • Damage caused by accidents, improper care, or harsh chemicals

  • Lost or stolen items

  • Modifications or repairs made by third-party jewelers

  • Custom or personalized pieces

How to Make a Claim

If you believe your piece qualifies for a warranty claim, follow these steps:

  1. Initiate Your Claim: Email info@cleorajewels.com with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos.

  2. Review & Approval: Our team will review your claim and respond with return instructions within 3–5 business days.

  3. Our Resolution: If approved, depending on the nature of the issue, we will:

    • Repair your original piece at no cost.

    • Replace it with a new item of equal value.

    • Offer store credit if the original item is no longer available.

Shipping Costs

Cleora will cover all shipping costs associated with approved warranty repairs or replacements. If a claim is denied, customers will be responsible for the cost of having the item returned to them.
